1. Contractual confirmation

The on-line payment procedure via www.obc-suisse.ch/en/payment based on a service agreement with its general terms and conditions, mutually signed by the contractual parties, OBC Suisse and Client. The client herewith confirms acceptance of the contractual documents.

2. Payment conditions

The total amount is to be paid in Swiss Francs.

3. Mastercard Secure Code / Verified by Visa / 3-D Secure

The payment methods we offer are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For MasterCard we additionally offer the secure "MasterCard Secure Code" and for Visa the "Verified by Visa" procedure. We do not receive any credit card details, we only receive an OK or not OK of the transaction from the credit card companies. This means that your data is even better protected. 3-D Secure is an internationally recognized security standard for credit card payments on the Internet. You also enter a personal password, which is known only to you. During the payment process, a window appears in which you must enter your personal 3-D Secure password. The security message selected after successful registration gives you a guarantee that the password check is actually carried out by your bank. This identifies you in a similar way to your signature in stores or the PIN code at ATMs.

4. Complaints

Complaints are to be notified to OBC in writing, latest 7 days after receipt of the invoice, respectively 10 days following the date of invoice, otherwise the invoice is deemed accepted by Client.

5. Place of Jurisdiction

OBC Suisse is a Swiss company subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich.
